sale department customer service are great, have one of the best car buying experience with Don Paul & Derek. On the other side the Service department need improvement. not so great overall, not very friendly in the service dep. Had a issue with my new Tacoma, and they said the issue was normal, finally got the issue fix at another dealership in Baton Rouge that took time to listen to you. great dealer to buy a vehicle but not service it.
