We went to Mr. Gatti's on a day that it was about 30° outdoors. I think it was about 40° in the restaurant. I also think they may have had the air conditioner on as cold air was blowing on us. We had my young grandchildren with us so I asked two people that worked there to please turn it off. Both ignored my request to warm it up in there. It's really ashame when your food gets cold as soon as you get it to your table. The staff was also slow to put out the pizza. Maybe they did this on purpose, it's too cold and lack of the more popular pizzas, therefore you pay then leave soon afterward.
