Went two days back to back. First day only one person working, so I waited. Once he finished I basically had to cut him off while walking to get information on two trailers. Went back the next day to purchase a trailer and everyone was at lunch other than a lady answering phones, I waited about 15 minutes then left. Drove around the corner to Zacks and bought a trailer, was in and out in 20 minutes. Big Tex has a good selection of trailers but very very poor customer service and relations.
